Title: Template Problem
Post by: CREATIVE Options on November 11, 2006, 00:36:12
These days I am working on my portal, and now it is time for good template, but the template I want to use isn't compatible with Elxis.

After the installation via the Elxis admin panel or after uploading it through the FTP, I get a white page in the template manager.

My first thought was to go to the Xml file, so I have tried many things in all the files of the template , but I can't make it work.

Here is a screen shot of the template manager, and the Xml file.

Any help will be great.

Near the end of the xml file there is a </params> directive. Remove it.

Also try to replace the data between <description> and </description> directives with something simplier, like a single line of text.

Then try again to use the template.

All mambo's templates are compatible with Elxis. There is something wrong with your template. Send me the template to see it.
